Looking for In-house Project Coordinator who will manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and allocate projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
- Onboard vendors to meet client and project needs
- Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required.
- Production management, Scope estimation and expectations management.
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure they are content and any expressed concerns within your scope are quickly and productively addressed.
- Responsible for routine and proactive dialogue with linguists regarding KPI performance, available capacity and related constraints.
- Maintaining project tracking and follow up with production teams as necessary
- Arrange and deliver client deliverables to GPM (on-site manager).
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- 2-3 years of experience. Candidates with experience in Project management, KPO, back-office are preferred.
- Must be ready to put in extra effort and hours to meet project and business needs.
- Time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Problem solver and self-starter.
